María Dolores Lettelier recieved a M. Sc. Rural Development from the High Council of Scientific Investigations in Spain, M. Sc. Rural Territory Management from the Postgraduate College of Mexico and she is attending a Doctorate in Social Sciences in Argentina. She works at the University and she is a research assistance in the proyect “Coming Down the Mountain: Understanding the Vulnerability of Andean Communities to hydroclimatologic variability and Global Environmental Change”. Dolores does research of Local Rural Development too.
