Lidia Ferri is a geologist specialized in glacier fluctuations and remote sensing of the Andes Centrales of Argentina. She worked in a project which studied the “Impact of Climatic Change in Water Resources of the Cordillera of the Andes”, at the Instituto Argentino de Nivología, Glaciología y Ciencias Ambientales (IANIGLA), Mendoza, Argentina. She is also involved in an MSc research at Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) about water management and its relationship with glacier fluctuations.
